You, the client, will complete the Inquiry Form. After reviewing, I will reach out via email to schedule a FREE consultation call or video call. 

This call is required before the planning step can begin. During this call, I will learn about you to better serve you. We will review my fee(s), your wants and needs, destinations, and any other details necessary.

After my fee is paid and the terms & conditions are agreed upon, I begin planning your dream vacation.

I will create up to three quotes that may include cruises, hotels, airfare, transfers, car rentals, and excursions.

Then, we will chat via call or email to adjust and approve the itinerary. I will make all arrangements and apply deposits.

I will keep a watchful eye on your booking; monitoring for any travel plan changes that may occur. 

I will be here to answer any questions and help in any way throughout the entire process.

About a week before your departure, you will receive a detailed daily trip itinerary.
